The AUTEV linear transfer machines lend themselves to the integration of end-of-line testing. A lot of our customers ask for this and personnel costs can be saved – we are offering a wide range of intelligent solutions.

Integration of your testing technique

Apart from the complete solution for an end-of-line testing we look forward to adjusting our solutions to meet your needs. Do you have your own testing means production, or do you rely on a supplier of evaluation electronics regarding testing sets? Is this because of calibration? If this is the case, we can build the mechanics and you can apply your standard test.

Taking over your strategy

Do you want to destroy the out-of-spec parts right away, or are they reparable? We will reconstruct the handling in accordance, either with the destruction or unloading by the operator. We would also like to sort good and bad parts. The marking of good parts as needle, hot stamping of the date stamp, pad printing - however you want it to be done, we will carry out your wishes.

We can offer you a well proven and reliable in-line test. The big players in the industry, especially, accept this as an end-of-line test and therefore allow manual production in the cable assembly.
 
We test all parameters required by VDE 0620 like:

  • High voltage skintest
  • High voltage between earth wire vs. phase conductor and vs. neutral conductor
  • Innovation 2008: high voltage phase conductor vs. neutral conductor
  • Short circuit test
  • Continuity test (without contacting the second side)

Concerning multi-core cables point-to-point wiring can be tested as well. Cables which are extrusion-coated on both sides are particularly suitable.

Sensor cables with an already assembled sensor are also suitbale for the end-of-line testing, including a functional test.

Pipes, cables and needles that are injection molded around can be tested for their function to make sure that the inner diameter has not collapsed or injected with molten plastic.

Leak tests are possible, too, as long as they are not supposed to be carried out on the laboratory scale.
