Linear Transfer / Sliding Table

With our LT and ST machines plugs, tools, metal parts and other inserts can be produced at lowest piece costs.

Both types of machine work with just one upper and one lower die part. The work pieces are placed in work piece carrier magazines. This protects the tool from damages caused by the insertion, the operator from sharp edges and you from costs for a second lower part.

The machines are equipped with a freely programmable control in Siemens S7, a programming language used worldwide. All components that we use come from Siemens or are compatible with Siemens parts.

The hydraulics comes from Bosch-Rexroth: Highest quality, precision, worldwide availability and service are guaranteed. The hydraulic pump has a full proportional control for pressure and volume. This allows a precise control at minimal energy consumption – at present this is the best available system for your injection moulding machine.

Linear Transfer (LT)

Our linear transfer machine with automatic removal in the last position offers the crucial advantage. The operator can concentrate on the assembly and doesn’t lose time with the deposition of ready-made parts. Through this, the operator can usually load about 20 percent more pieces into the magazine. The deposition of the finished pieces can easily be customised, from simple reeling to storage boxes and conveyor belts.

E-O-L Test: Our Inline-Test

The LT-machine can be expanded for further steps of automation. The integrated end-of-line (E-O-L) testing is particularly beneficial, if desired, with destruction of out-of-spec material, marking of good parts, sorting of pieces into different storage boxes, as it is required by your product and strategy of assembly.
We conduct tests such as high voltage, skin test, continuity test (without contacting the second side), reverse-polarity, resistance measuring and other electric variables. In particular, we offer the testing of patch cords according to VDE 0620. Upon request, the special standards of BSH (Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH) can be applied, too, testing high voltage between l- and n-conductors. Our VDE-test is acknowledged by BSH and Elektrolux.

We are also capable of testing further physical variables: admission in injection-moulded tubes, leak tightness of spouts and more. We can provide you with the mechanical adaption for your test and evaluation systems. This is how you can reduce the training needs, calibration effort and qualification of the testing sets.
Furthermore, it is possible to integrate other production steps. Die cutting of mounting bridges, O-ring mounting and other steps of production can be realised.

Sliding Table

Our sliding table machine ST is a flexible, good value entry-level solution. One tool, two workpiece carrier magazines, our sliding table machine and you can produce parts in 30 seconds per cycle.

A small footprint, ideal accessibility, ergonomics for the operator and easy user guidance for the tool setter make it possible to keep up a high number of cycles  over the whole working day.

Some automation solutions

We are also offering our injection moulding machines without automation for your own solutions. We prepare the control cabinet according to your wishes and provide you with our programmes for its use.

You can easily install the automated solutions on the reflecting areas on both sides of the machine. The plasticising unit and the clamping force can be configured in compliance with your wishes. We would be pleased to give you all the advice and practical support you require for bringing your own solution into service.

Combined systems

Because of their open programming and control structure, our systems can be automatically loaded or unloaded and can easily be combined with other systems.
